A beautiful bungalow that sleeps six near the sea in Rock, Cornwall, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. Inside a fresh modern decor flows throughout the living spaces and bedrooms, which are made up into a king-size, a twin and a bunk room, which are serviced by two bathrooms. Outside there is a garden with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining and plenty of off-road parking. Conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, shops and golf club.
Opposite Padstow, Rock lies on the Camel Estuary with white sands on both sides of the water. Rock is an ideal location to sail, windsurf, water-ski and canoe thanks to sheltered waters, as well as to enjoy walks and play golf on the two spectacular links courses of the St.Enodoc Golf Club, which is listed amongst the top 100 courses in Britain. Guests are also minutes from the surfing beach at Polzeath.

There is a fully-equipped family kitchen, which has an electric cooker a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, full sized dishwasher and washing machine with separate tumble dryer.
Living / Dining Room
A very comfortably furnished open-plan living room featuring WiFi broadband, digital HD television, DVD, radio and hi-fi. There is ample comfy, easy seating and a dining area with an oak dining table and six chairs. A large selection of books, magazines and board games are provided. The living/dining room opens, through sliding doors, onto a stone patio with teak garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue where you can enjoy dinner al-fresco during the long summer evenings.
