A pet friendly bungalow with sea views that sleeps four in Port Issac, Cornwall. Located at the top of the town with lovely views over the harbour. Inside, a light filled living/dining room overlooks the bay below, with a balcony and stairs to the garden that also enjoys sea views. The kitchen is well equipped and the two lovely bedrooms are made up into a double and a bunk room, serviced by a family bathroom. Off-road parking for up to two medium sized cars or one large car.
This property provides the ideal location from which to explore Port Isaac and the surrounding coastline. Miles of stunning scenic walks are on your doorstep along the cliff path making this the perfect stay for you and your four-legged friend. Port Isaac can be accessed on foot within just a few minutes and down on the harbour you will find the local fisherman bringing in the catch of the day.
The family friendly golden sand beach at Polzeath is 6 miles away with the dog friendly beach at Daymer just 8 miles. The bustling town of Wadebridge with a wide selection of amenities including supermarkets and two screen cinema is 10 miles.
The popular villages of Tintagel and Boscastle are less than a half an hours drive away with the bustling town of Bude further along the north coast off the Atlantic Highway 25 miles offering plenty to do for all the family.
Entrance
From the driveway half a dozen steps lead down to the front door. A small entrance porch provides a handy space for kicking off walking boots and shoes.
Kitchen
Once inside you have a well equipped and spacious kitchen off to the left, In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine.
Living / Dining Room
A living/dining room to the rear with door out into the small garden. The living room has a television and wood burner to provide supplementary heating if required. A small set of steps lead down from the living room into the garden. Lovely coastal views can be enjoyed from this room in addition to a viewing platform.
Bedroom 1
To the front of the property is the double bedroom. Ample hanging and drawer space has been provided across the two bedrooms.

Triple bunk arrangement. Double on bottom and single bed on top).
Bathroom
The family bathroom WC comprises of a bath with handheld shower attachment, basin and heated towel rail.

The separate shower room WC has a good size shower cubicle with electric shower, basin and heated towel rail.
