The Borrowers is a well presented two-bedroom chalet located on Norton Park within a 5 minute drive of the centre of this historic naval town of Dartmouth.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, wc.. Open plan living area with kitchen/lounge/dining room. Two outdoor chairs.

Electric oven and hob. dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, microwave. Flat screen TV, CD Stereo and Bluetooth speaker. Fuel and power inc in rent. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. Off road parking in parking space 1 min walk from property. Communal lawns. 2 small dogs accepted. Sorry no smoking or Wi-Fi. Note:You will need to bring your own beach towels.
