Wake up each day to panoramic views stretching across the Atlantic Ocean and take a private footpath from the front terrace to the South West Coast Path and the golden sand below. Porthtowan has dramatic rock faces flanking the beach and an unhurried atmosphere that is perfect for a holiday. For a change of scene, follow the coast path or drive to St Agnes (4 miles), where you will find a tempting selection of places to eat and drink. Closer to home, Porthtowan's excellent shop, pub, and restaurants are just 350 metres away.

On arrival, you will first climb an external staircase to enter this modern and attractive house. The impressive cast-iron staircase makes a fabulous focal point as it curves up to the first floor, where you will find an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings. This spectacular space has huge floor-to-ceiling windows framing those spectacular views, along with a corner sofa and Smart TV, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, plus a table seating everyone, located beside an appealing circular window. There is also a snug with a sofa bed and another Smart TV, plus a separate shower room with WC. All four bedrooms are on the ground floor - two with king-size beds, and two with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins or super-king-size beds on request. Three bedrooms open out onto terraces overlooking the ocean, so you can enjoy lovely views first thing each morning. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes this level, alongside a utility room.

Sliding doors lead out from the living space to the enclosed, private rear garden terrace, which is all set up with outdoor furniture for sitting down to sociable meals alfresco. There is also a second terrace to the front with seating, along with private driveway parking for two cars.
