The four bedrooms include two king-size rooms, one double and one twin, each with decorative fireplaces or window seats. The first-floor bathroom offers a double-ended bath, walk-in shower and basin, with a separate WC, while the second floor includes a shower room with a large shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Outside, there is a shared paved courtyard with a bench to the front of the property. As with most houses in Beaumaris, there is no private parking.
