There's so much to love about Glas Mor. A short meander from Mousehole's pretty harbour, yet tucked away just enough to avoid the bustle of the busiest seasons, guests have the best of both waterside quiet and vibrant village life. Add stunning views of the sea from nearly every room, gorgeous interiors, and space for relaxing and entertaining, and you have a rather special place for holidays spent in one of Cornwall's loveliest locations.

The cottage has three floors. On the ground floor, the living room has wonderful views over St Clement's Isle and St Michael's Mount, with a spacious sofa, armchair, Smart TV and log burner for cosy stays in the cooler months. The kitchen on this floor is beautifully equipped with an Everhot range cooker, coffee machine, and plenty of cookware and crockery. It features a table and benches overlooking the sea for sharing meals. Upstairs, two coast-inspired bedrooms have whitewashed stone walls, sanded floorboards, comfy king-size beds (or twins if you'd prefer), and wonderful views across Mount's Bay, with a shower room completing the first floor.

A traditional Cornish cottage, Glas Mor has a lower ground floor too, where you'll find a TV room with a Ligne Roset Togo sofa in vibrant red upholstery, a GPO Memphis music system with a vinyl turntable and records, plus a big flat-screen TV and DVD player.

A short amble away, Mousehole's picture-perfect harbour with its pretty low-tide beach is an idyllic place to soak up the sunshine and atmosphere. The South West Coast Path is nearby, and offers a lovely route to La Morna Cove. Enjoy breakfast overlooking the water at Mousehole Deli & Kitchen, browse gift and interiors shops, pop into The Ship Inn for a pint of Cornish ale, or explore neighbouring Newlyn, Penzance and Marazion by car. At Christmas, you'll be treated to the famous Mousehole Harbour Lights display, just a meandering stroll from the cottage's front door.
