Warren Cottage

Warren Cottage is a spacious property with the most incredible far-reaching views over Burgh Island and the surrounding ocean. This is the perfect property for family holidays, friends spending quality time together and enjoying life by the sea. Only a few minutes’ walk away and you’ll find yourself strolling along the golden sands of Bigbury-On-Sea and dipping toes into the refreshing sea waters. Head over to the famous Burgh Island where you can walk up to the top and experience more magical scenery, whilst treating yourself to a cold drink at the Pilchard Inn on the way back down. If the tide is in, then jump on the sea tractor which runs between the mainland and island – a tractor ride not to be forgotten!

Bigbury-On-Sea is a popular spot for water sports, and there is plenty of storage at the house to bring surf boards, wet suits, kayaks and bikes. Discovery Surf School is on your doorstep and offers lessons and equipment from the beach, where there is also a café and beach shop. Sat right on the South West Coast Path means this property is a great location for hikers or leisurely walkers.

Warren Cottage welcomes up to two well behaved dogs, and with plenty of room for kids to run around, it is a gorgeous home to make those well-treasured holiday memories.

The house is owned by the owner of Burgh Island. Warren Cottage guests are welcomed over to the Island to dine, which is exclusively for hotel guests only (normal prices apply and reservations are a must!)

Outside:

The front of the property has a grass lawn down to the road with a small shrub hedge. A pathway leads over the grass, down to the road. Concrete paths to the sides of the house.

Parking:

There are two allocated spaces in the private hotel car park behind the house, additional parking available.
