Dining area: table and seating for 4.

Kitchen: Electric hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dish washer. 

Hallway cupboard: Washer/dryer. 

Master Bedroom: King size bed and en-suite shower room, stand alone shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Doors leading to the private balcony.

Bedroom 2: Small 4ft double bed, doors leading to private balcony. 

Family Bathroom: Stand alone shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
