Corner Cottage is a comfortable and neatly presented barn conversion, at the Higher Bowden complex near Blackpool Sands. This home from home boasts four bedrooms, sleeping 7, a kitchen diner and large lounge with log burner. Outside there are two parking spaces, a private courtyard terrace, along with the gorgeous landscaped communal gardens including a tennis court, all located in the tranquil hamlet of Bowden near Dartmouth.

The location at Higher Bowden is nestled in the heart of the pretty South Hams countryside with Blackpool Sands beach and café just 1.2 miles away along the pretty Devon lanes. In the summer this picturesque venue also has open air cinema nights and 'tunes on the sands' in July. A little further on is the village of Stoke Fleming, with a good pub, a restaurant and a village shop, five minutes beyond is the historic town of Dartmouth full of café's, shops, pubs and eateries. Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and many other villages, towns and superb South Devon beaches are not far away. Explore Kingsbridge and the popular sailing town of Salcombe and the independent, bohemian town of Totnes with good rail links. Dartmoor is only a forty minute drive and there are plenty of beaches and the South West Coast Path to explore in addition families are sure to enjoy Woodlands Leisure Park nearby, to name just a few of the things to do in this fabulous location.
