Nestled in the heart of the picturesque fishing village of Polperro, this beautifully refurbished cottage is a fine example of an old Cornish cottage thoughtfully blended with a fresh interior. Tucked away just off the main street, Melrose Cottage enjoys a quiet position whilst still remaining only a short walk from the village’s famous harbour, shops and pubs.

Melrose has been carefully renovated to retain its character, and on cooler evenings offers a cosy spot to settle in beside the wood burner. The open plan living space offers a welcoming and sociable space, perfect for relaxing and being together.

Parking
There is no designated parking for this property. We do have two spaces on a first come, first served basis which are approx. 2-3 minutes’ walk for £45 per week. Please enquire at the time of booking for availability. Otherwise parking is available in the main car park and a weekly ticket is £40. This is approx. 10 minutes’ walk.

Local Facilities: Polperro tidal beach 5 minutes’ walk. Talland beach 2 miles. Other beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Polperro. Looe with more facilities, 4 miles. Plymouth 25 miles. Truro 29 miles.
