Lying at the mouth of the River Camel, the lively port of Padstow is to the north (4 miles), with its fabulous array of famous seafood restaurants. The Seven Bays Beaches are all within easy reach, including Trevone Bay and Harlyn Bay (both 4.5 miles), with magnificent views from the rugged Trevose Headland (6.5 miles). Other local attractions include Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, Bodmin Jail, Lappa Valley and Screech Owl Sanctuary and Animal Park, all within 20 miles.

Step inside this fresh and inviting property and head upstairs and directly into the generous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which occupies the whole of the first floor. Set beneath a high-vaulted ceiling with original wooden beams, this spacious, airy and relaxing room makes an ideal space for you all to unwind in after a great day discovering an unforgettable part of the Cornish coast. To one side of the staircase, the tastefully arranged lounge features a Smart TV and plush seating, with the handsome, stylishly designed dining area on the other side, featuring a country-style dining table, perfect for a family get-together. There’s also a beautifully presented kitchen with a wealth of equipment, ideal for rustling up a feast. Returning to the ground floor, you will find an elegant bathroom and a choice of four tastefully decorated bedrooms: two lovely en-suite king-size rooms and two cheerful twin rooms.

Heading outside, a charming furnished courtyard provides the perfect spot for a relaxed evening. A central garden area is shared by the properties on-site. Private off-road parking is available for up to three cars.
